Our recruitment and talent acquisition process is designed to deliver the right candidates efficiently and effectively. We begin by receiving requirements from clients and sourcing suitable candidates through our extensive database and headhunting methods. Shortlisted profiles are shared with clients, followed by coordinated interviews via phone or face-to-face meetings. Based on client feedback, we reschedule interviews or source additional candidates if required. Once a candidate is selected, we assist in salary negotiations, conduct reference checks, issue offer letters, and ensure smooth follow-up until the candidate successfully joins the organization.

Sending best suitable profile to clients (RSF)

Scheduling interviews as per client feedback & sourcing backup candidates for the same requirements (RI)

Follow-up of candidates till they join after issuing offer letter

After the employment decision is made, conduct reference checks
